Very good experience from start to finish. Had some issues with the freight company. My parcel was left on a truck and went elsewhere. Pagnian sent out another product and handled the situation with one thing in mind. that was to put the customer first. Well done Matt. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my sim racing products.

Purchased from here a few times over the years, always great quality stuff and friendly staff. Would recommend pagnian when looking for a simulator. Never had a problem with any of there items over the years

PLEASE RING BEFORE PURCHASE!!!! New to this simulation product building, product was not compatible with other products without cables, did not use opened box kept everything with plastic and return box once product did not work with other appliances. Old and outdated for refund policy. Compared to other online retailers. Disappointed could not return product. Just a warning so others don’t spend your hard earned money without proper investigation.

Professional team with good customer service. I’ve made two purchases with these guys, first time from the eBay store, second time from their website. If you’re buying Sim racing products give these guys a go.

I had a fantastic experience with Pagnian. Not only a quick delivery time but i was contacted by Matt at Pagnian directly to check if i had made a mistake on my order. I had.... He arranged for the duplicate product i had ordered by mistake to be sent back to them. Very helpful and they look after their customers extremely well.

Purchased two GTtrack rigs and have loved it from the first time I sat in it. Product quality is absolutely brilliant went down to the showroom and Brendan and staffs customer service was fantastic. They are willing to help in any way they can. Can’t recommend Pagnian highly enough. Will be back for more setups :)
